Our take is this, the released bulletin directing the Students to register for their courses two weeks to Second Semester Examination doesn’t affect new students.
You’re to wait till resumption, so as to get acquainted with the courses to be registered as will be directed by the LEVEL COURSE ADVISER, any advice as regard course registration not guided by your level course adviser or rep when elected is hereby null and void.
Stop the haste and wait for proper guidelines before engaging in such academic exercise.
