NAUB Announces Resumption Date for Students

The management of the Nigerian Army University, Biu (NAUB) has approved the resumption of academic activities with effect from 9th November 2020. Accordingly, the programme for the reopening of the University is as spelled out below;

9/11/2020 —– University official reopening for academic activities 2019/2020 Academic session

10th – 11th November 2020 —— Resumption of 100L students only.

12th – 16th November 2020 —— Revision and preparation for completion of 100 level first semester examination

16th – 21st November 2020 —- Week for completion of 100 Level first semester examination

Note: 200 level students carrying 100 level courses should present themselves for examination

15th November 2020 —– Resumption for 200 students

16th – 21st November 2020 —— Revision and preparation for completion of 200 level first semester examination

23rd – 28th November 2020 —– Week for completion of 200L first semester examination

1st December 2020 —– Second semester 2019/2020 Academic session begins

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Students are advised to comply with COVID19 preventive measures including maintenance of social distancing, regular washing, or/and sanitizing of hands as well as wearing face masks. Please note that no student will be admitted into the campus without face masks

NAUB Resumption Notice to Staff

The Federal Government via a circular with Ref No. HCSF/3065/Vol.1/33 dated 16th October 2020 had directed that all categories of civil servants to resume duties every working day (Monday to Friday).

 

In view of the above, the Management of the University hereby directs that all members of staff should fully resume work from Monday 2nd November 2020.naub resumption date for staff

 

Staff is advised to comply with the COVID-19 preventive measures including maintenance of social distancing, regular washing and/or sanitizing of hands as well as wearing of face masks.

Further to this, all Heads of Departments/Units are requested to monitor and ensure full compliance with the directive.
