Applications are invited from the general public into the ND & HND Nursing Programme of the Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing (NAFCON) Kaduna for the 2021/2022 academic session.
The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has granted approval for the commencement of National Diploma (ND) in Nursing Training at the Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing (NAFCON) Kaduna with effect from January 2021.
The approval implies that NAFCON will terminate the 3 years nursing training and switch to ND in General Nursing. Additionally, Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has included NAFCON in its year 2022 brochure for candidates.
Consequently, all candidates seeking admission into NAFCON for 2021/2022 academic session would now go through the University Matriculation Examination conducted by JAMB to be eligible for admission into ND General Nursing.
Admission is open to Military, Para-Military personnel and civilians.
Admission Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credits in their O-Level Result (WASSC/GCE, NECO) which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings
Candidates must be between the ages of 16 and 26 years by October 2021.
Candidates must be Nigerian by birth
In addition to the above, candidates must have written JAMB 2021 and scored the minimum JAMB Cut-Off Marks of 120
In addition to the above, candidate must have a medical fitness report.
Duration:
Four (4) years for ND & HND Nursing Programme.
Method of Application
Application forms can be obtained from the Registrar’s office on Payment of the sum of a non-refundable fee of N15,500 naira only. Completed application forms must be returned to the college with photocopies of your credentials a week before the selection interview.

NOTE: Candidates shall be responsible for their accommodation, transport and feeding throughout the period of the selection interview/Post-UTME.
