Everyone has the right to education. In this respect, the Xerox Technical Minority Scholarships is open to students in African American, Hispanic, Native American, and Asia.

These college students each enjoy access to $10,000 grants and other financial aid that speaks to their heritage.

LEVEL/FIELD OF STUDY
The Xerox Technical Minority Scholarship is for undergraduates.

HOST NATIONALITY
This scholarship will take place in the United States Of America.

ELIGIBILITY NATIONALITY
Only minority students who are citizens of the united states of America are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Applicants must be academic high-achievers (3.0 or better GPA).
Applicants must be US citizens or visa-holding Permanent Residents of African American, Asian, Pacific Island, Native American, Native Alaskan, or Hispanic descent.
You must enroll as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in any technical fields including; Chemistry, Information Management, Computing & Software Systems, Material Science, Printing Management Science, Laser Optics, Physics, Material Science, and Engineering (Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Imaging, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Optical, or Software).
The scholarship is not available to spouses and children of Xerox employees.

SCHOLARSHIP WORTH

Technical Minority Scholarship awards between $1,000 and $10,000 to qualified minorities.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be African American, Asian, Pacific Island, Native American, Native Alaskan, or Hispanic descent to be eligible to apply.

Must major in any of the listed fields: Chemistry, Information Management, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Must be Undergraduate or graduate students studying full-time.

Enrollment Status: Entering and Continuing.

Questions:

Are you a full-time student enrolled in a four-year institution?

Do you have a b average or better?

At graduation will you receive a B.Sc, M.Sc, or PhD in a technical science or an engineering discipline?

Do you consider yourself black, Asian, pacific islander, native American, Alaskan, or Hispanic?

Do you have tuition (or tuition-related) expenses not covered by scholarships/grants (excluding loans)?

Results: if you responded “no” to any of the questions listed above, then you are not eligible for this scholarship. if you responded “yes” to all of the questions, then you meet the criteria to be considered eligible to be considered for this scholarship opportunity.

HOW TO APPLY
There is a two-way method of applying for this scholarship. You can apply online and offline. However, when applying offline, you have to first print out the form, fill it and attach a copy of your resume and submit to any of the addresses provided below:

Follow the steps below to apply.

Step 1: Fill out the top of the attached Xerox Technical Minority Scholarship application. ( Click here to obtain the form)

Step 2: Have the Financial Aid Office fill out the bottom half of the form. Xerox will not forward applications to the Financial Aid Office. If received incomplete, the applicant will be disqualified.

Step 3: Attach a copy of your resume. Feel free to use the attached sample format which indicates our requirements.

Recipients of the scholarship will be notified by the end of December. If you do not hear from us by that date, this will indicate that you have not been awarded the Xerox Technical Minority Scholarship
